FitLife Kickboxa has been put together by a professional martial artist with over 25 years experience, to ensure you receive an all over body workout no matter your fitness level AND that you learn real punching and kicking skills that are both safe and practical to use (if you ever have to use them in real life)
The best part is that no experience or fitness is needed to get started. If you have never done an exercise class before, or never done punches and kicks, we'll guide you through every step of the way. Think of it as a group fitness class mixed with personal training.
In each class you will learn practical Kung Fu and Kickboxing combinations. You'll also build fitness and strength through a number of calisthenic and tactical fitness exercises. Then as you progress, you can pick up the intensity and get even more out of these awesome cardio workouts.
Our 45 minute Kickboxa class will have you burning calories, increasing your strength & flexibility, and most importantly building your confidence, all whilst having loads of fun.
We end every class with a mix of meditative and stretch based exercises, the icing on the cake that leaves you relaxed, energised and able to get more out of everyday.
