Our Flex class uses the principles and methods of Kit Laughlin's 25 years experience in this field and his development of
Stretch Therapy™. The class is designed to help you gain more freedom of movement and less pain from stiffness and inflexibility. We'll show you how to use your breathing to improve structural integrity and to increase your relaxation during stretching, which is a vital part of the exercises.

Stretch-TherapyStretch Therapy™

This class is predominantly based on the methods of Kit Laughlin, creator of the Stretch Therapy™ system. Marc has been training with Kit since 2012 and continues to follow his advances in the system. For more information about Kit and Stretch Therapy go to stretchtherapy.net/

In this class we will also utilise methods from Chinese Dao Yin and Japanese Sotai and Meridian stretches to improve your posture, flexibility, and whole body range of motion. This leads to better and prolonged health. We will introduce props to enhance the outcomes as well as teach you how to give self massage using these props. The Stretch Therapy™ method also uses a partner, and sometimes multiple partners to achieve greater results.

Fascial Fitness

At times we also teach Fascial Fitness exercises as part of this Flex class. This is an exciting new method for enhancing the way your fascia slides and glides, leading to greater mobility and flexibility and was taught to Marc by Divo Mueller.
